About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Read, interpret and break down synopses and scripts for series and films
- Research repertoire for soundtracks of audiovisual productions
- Curate repertoire for playlists in the company’s music library
- Research rights holders and track status, deadlines and clearance costs
- Support the post-production process by providing audio files and information for cue sheets
- Work collaboratively with areas such as Music Rights, Legal, Production, Marketing and Communications
- Provide operational support to the department, such as access clearances and handling internal requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication (Journalism, Advertising, Film, Radio and TV), Record Production, Cultural Production or related fields
- Advanced English
- Proficiency with presentation tools
- Basic Excel skills (spreadsheets, pivot tables and simple charts)
- Knowledge of the music industry ecosystem
- Good understanding of the structure of the music market
- Organizational skills and process management
- Attention to deadlines and ability to manage tasks in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in the music industry
- Broad cultural repertoire (musical and audiovisual)
- Awareness of Brazilian and global music trends, especially those with strong popular appeal
- Communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences, including executives
- Analytical skills to interpret briefings and scripts
