Senior Tax and Accounting Planning Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review Grupo Globo's Financial Statements;
- Prepare accounting presentations and training materials;
- Develop memoranda and explanatory materials for the Standardization area (Guidelines, Inquiries, Standards and other Technical Materials);
- Monitor and study accounting academic literature, accounting standards and tax legislation;
- Prepare analyses of standards issued by the IASB / CPC and conduct research for matters related to the Accounting and Audit Committees and for tax issues when they are linked to accounting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
- Intermediate or advanced English for technical reading and interpretation;
- Advanced knowledge of international accounting standards (CPCs and IFRS);
- Corporate legislation;
- Taxation knowledge applied to accounting;
- Preparation and review of accounting policies;
- Consolidation and disclosure of financial statements;
- Advanced Excel and corporate data analysis tools;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Normative interpretation and preparation of technical opinions;
- Development of executive presentations;
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
