About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect using phone, email, and social strategy channels;
  • Demonstrate deep interest in customers' needs, understand their business, and be familiar with their results and goals (sales targets, objectives, etc.);
  • Focus on sales growth and new business creation;
  • Optimize, improve, and grow the sales pipeline and the sales team's performance;
  • Test new strategies, explore new audiences and channels to identify and generate opportunities with new advertisers;
  • Contribute to the analysis and accuracy of CRM data and communication journeys;
  • Demonstrate our values with enthusiasm;
  • Coordinate meetings with the right targets, present engagement metrics (relations with prospects), qualify leads, and collect customer data accurately;
  • Organize and execute the team's operational routines and rituals;
  • Interpret the productivity funnel/sales pipeline to achieve daily activities and the sales team's targets;
  • Be able to understand how targets translate into operational plans and address monthly sales challenges.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
  • Experience in sales, product, sales development, or sales planning;
  • Knowledge of sales software;
  • Strong interest in client-facing work;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Knowledge of CRM/Salesforce;
  • Strong verbal communication skills;
  • Analytical ability – capacity to report on and interpret data accurately.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations;
  • Create clear value by understanding customer needs and Globo products, aiming to improve conversion rates;
  • Increase commercial productivity with a focus on improving retention rates;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques;
  • Results-oriented with negotiation skills and data analysis;
  • Knowledge of communication journeys, inbound and outbound strategies, and customer success.
