About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a consultative partner to business areas: map needs, translate requirements into structured communication solutions, and anticipate opportunities;
  • Lead internal communication projects and campaigns from briefing through execution and measurement of results, ensuring alignment with business priorities;
  • Plan and execute endomarketing/internal marketing initiatives, such as activations and internal events;
  • Produce content (written and/or video) for internal channels (intranet, corporate TVs, e-mail marketing, and other platforms), ensuring clarity of message, editorial quality, and consistency with the communication strategy;
  • Develop narratives and communication materials aligned with the area’s strategic objectives;
  • Align different stakeholders by mediating expectations and strengthening cross-functional collaboration;
  • Manage projects autonomously, organizing timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring consistency and quality of deliverables;
  • Monitor communication KPIs and produce analyses that support decision-making and continuous improvement of initiatives;
  • Propose improvements to formats, channels, and processes within the area, contributing to the evolution of Internal Communication practices;
  • Contribute to a collaborative, transparent, and results-oriented work environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed;
  • Previous experience in Communication, Marketing, or related areas;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator;
  • Experience managing communication projects and campaigns;
  • Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders and internal departments;
  • Ability to prepare executive presentations;
  • Strong organization, planning skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent demands;
  • Good communication and ability to mediate expectations across different areas;
  • Practical use of communication metrics/KPIs for results analysis and decision-making;
  • Experience with innovation initiatives and applying AI.
