About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ability to collect, process and interpret large volumes of data from multiple sources, such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Globo data, etc.
  • Analyze results from statistical models and translate them into relevant, actionable insights for clients.
  • Develop clear and impactful presentation materials with a focus on data storytelling.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients to lead study presentations.
  • Propose and develop new analyses, automations and AI applications to drive efficiency gains and continuous improvement of the team’s deliverables.
  • Maintain a constant focus on innovation by monitoring market movements, new technologies and methodologies that can advance our analyses, products and deliverables.
  • Serve as a technical reference for measurement, attribution and campaign performance evaluation.
  • Create reports and interactive dashboards that integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Perform data cleaning and manipulation in BigQuery.
  • Use programming languages such as SQL or Python to implement customizations and automations in analyses.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of digital metrics (CTR, VTR, VA, CPM).
  • Experience with measurement and data tools (Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, BigQuery).
  • Knowledge of TV metrics (TRP, GRP).
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python (intermediate level preferred).
  • Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret and communicate results from statistical models and attribution analyses.
  • Strong statistical reasoning for model interpretation, hypothesis validation and translating results into clear insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Desirable: knowledge of predictive models and fundamentals of Machine Learning, with interest in applying new analytical methodologies.
  • Experience in data science or participation in analytical innovation projects.
  • Familiarity with process automation and integrations between data tools (e.g., APIs, Python scripts or Apps Script).
  • Ability to communicate complex analyses simply and visually, turning results into strategic narratives.
  • Advanced English.
