About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work in Capture & Events squads, developing innovative solutions for studio environments, reality shows and large live productions;
  • Perform technical scoping and design of audiovisual projects, ensuring alignment with operational and business requirements;
  • Manage projects end-to-end, overseeing technical, financial and implementation schedule aspects;
  • Lead the implementation, configuration and integration of equipment and technological solutions for production and broadcasting;
  • Ensure operational excellence of deliverables by troubleshooting issues and continuously optimizing processes and technical resources.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or nearing completion;
  • Knowledge of TV systems;
  • Knowledge of lighting systems;
  • Experience operating and integrating capture equipment, including cameras and audio systems;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies;
  • Intermediate English.
