About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act strategically within the Entry Programs team, focusing on the end-to-end management of the Internship Program and on evolving attraction and selection strategies;
Manage the program journey, ensuring governance, operational efficiency, scalability and continuous improvement;
Use data, metrics and AI solutions as accelerators for performance analysis, decision prioritization and enhancement of the experience for candidates, leaders and business partners (BPs);
Lead initiatives with a high degree of autonomy, prioritizing requests, managing projects and maintaining consultative relationships with stakeholders and business areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing programs or projects with a focus on Early Careers and talent development;
Experience in data and metrics analysis to support decision-making;
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring smoothness and consistency in processes;
Analytical profile, data- and results-oriented;
Process-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement;
Autonomy, strong sense of priorities and effective communication.
Experience with dashboards, BI and data analysis;
Familiarity with the use of AI, automations and digital tools applied to optimizing recruitment processes and the candidate experience;
Experience with internship or trainee programs in large-scale or high-volume companies.
