Work with a systemic perspective and a clear understanding of the business and area priorities, connecting people strategies to business challenges and results;
Build trusting relationships with leaders and teams, promoting a close, consultative approach focused on problem-solving and value creation;

Support compensation, recognition and talent management studies/processes;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher;
Experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP);
Generalist HR knowledge;
Experience working with leaders;
Analytical skills;
Knowledge of talent management, succession planning, leadership development and compensation practices;
Knowledge of data analysis, HR metrics (People Analytics) and the use of insights to support decision-making;
Understanding of market trends such as digital transformation, hybrid work models and the use of artificial intelligence applied to people management;
Experience in change management and evolving organizational culture.
