Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with a systemic perspective and a clear understanding of the business and area priorities, connecting people strategies to business challenges and results;
  • Build trusting relationships with leaders and teams, promoting a close, consultative approach focused on problem-solving and value creation;
  • Strengthen leadership, encourage human development, a culture of collaboration, and the intelligent use of digital solutions and data;

  • Use metrics, analysis, AI and trend insights to support more accurate decision-making, anticipate risks and enhance organizational results;
  • Support compensation, recognition and talent management studies/processes;
  • Support efforts to foster greater diversity across areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP);
  • Generalist HR knowledge;
  • Experience working with leaders;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Knowledge of talent management, succession planning, leadership development and compensation practices;
  • Knowledge of data analysis, HR metrics (People Analytics) and the use of insights to support decision-making;
  • Understanding of market trends such as digital transformation, hybrid work models and the use of artificial intelligence applied to people management;
  • Experience in change management and evolving organizational culture.
