About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor leading players in the retail sector, focusing on Fashion, Technology, Home & Construction, and Pet;
- Analyze advertisers' advertising investments across different channels to identify business opportunities;
- Map trends and movements within segments, providing insights and future projections;
- Build strategic reports using secondary data (economic, social, and technological);
- Design quantitative (and occasionally qualitative) research;
- Consolidate and analyze multiple data sources, turning information into actionable insights;
- Develop data-driven narratives and present them clearly to internal and external audiences;
- Collaborate with internal teams, supporting commercial planning, sales strategies, and the development of advertising products;
- Manage simultaneous requests, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines;
- Conduct analyses and projects autonomously.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
- Experience with ad hoc quantitative research;
- Ability to transform data into clear, impactful visual presentations;
- Experience in the media and advertising industry and the Brazilian retail market;
- Experience with data analysis and insight generation;
- Advanced Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills;
- Intermediate Power BI;
- Advanced English;
