About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle support tickets (incidents and requests), ensuring the continuity and quality of media services;
- Assist operations and partner teams in resolving technical issues related to Media Supply Chain systems;
- Participate in deployment, configuration, and testing activities for solutions, together with vendors and internal teams;
- Contribute to failure analysis, identify root causes, and propose mitigation actions;
- Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on systems and equipment;
- Collaborate with different areas, ensuring clear communication and alignment during operational activities and projects;
- Assist in documenting processes, technical procedures, and lessons learned;
- Support continuous service improvement by suggesting operational and technical enhancements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Radio and TV, or related fields;
- Knowledge of or experience with media management systems (MAM/PAM);
- Basic understanding of production, post-production, and audiovisual content distribution workflows;
- Analytical capability for troubleshooting and problem resolution;
- Basic knowledge of data networking, operating systems, compute, and storage;
- Awareness of databases and IT infrastructure concepts;
- Knowledge of video codecs (e.g., XDCAM, MPEG, HEVC);
- Familiarity with editing tools such as Avid Media Composer or Adobe Premiere;
- Organization and discipline to operate in a critical operational environment;
- Availability to work on a rotating schedule (including on-call shifts, if applicable).
- Previous experience in media and entertainment environments (broadcast, streaming, production, or post-production);
- Knowledge of professional audio and sound design;
- Experience with Media Supply Chain systems and equipment;
- Experience with system integration and technical testing;
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools;
- Experience with industry vendors (e.g., Avid, EVS, Vizrt, Lawo, among others);
- Technical English for reading documentation and interacting with vendors.
