About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support corporate teams in adopting AI tools, focusing on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and the Power Platform;
Develop and deliver training content, workshops and enablement materials for employees and leadership;
Work on corporate AI governance: usage mapping, tool validation and approval, compliance and responsible use;
Identify, structure and support implementation of AI agent use cases and automations across business areas;
Produce technical documentation, user guides and communication materials about AI;
Collaborate with Security, Legal and IT teams to ensure adherence to internal AI policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Communications or related fields;
Experience producing technical content (guides, tutorials, decks, documentation);
Experience with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with at least one of the following: Copilot, Copilot Studio or Power Automate;
Knowledge of generative AI concepts, LLMs and process automation;
Experience in technology adoption initiatives, change management or technical training in corporate environments;
Experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders;
English for technical reading.
