About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic reference for leaders, influencing critical people and organizational decisions.
- Translate business strategy into robust talent, performance, succession, diversity, and organizational design plans.
- Orchestrate the full HR agenda across supported areas, ensuring coherence between strategy, execution, and measurable business impact.
- Leverage People Analytics and AI-based solutions to generate predictive and prescriptive insights that support decisions on turnover, performance, succession, and workforce movements.
- Lead organizational design initiatives, restructurings, and change management with a systemic perspective and structured execution.
- Manage large-scale personnel budgets, building scenarios, assessing risks, and ensuring financial sustainability.
- Act as a guardian of culture, monitoring climate and engagement and leading cultural transformation plans.
- Facilitate strategic forums on performance management, talent, and succession pipeline.
- Drive diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) practices with clear targets and measurable impact.
- Prepare leaders for a work context expanded by technology, AI, and new management models.
- Lead and develop the HRBP team, ensuring technical excellence, strategic vision, and integrated delivery.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in strategic HR positions, with strong experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience in complex, dynamic, large-scale environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Mastery of HR subsystems, with the capability to operate in an integrated and strategic manner.
- Consistent experience in managing personnel budgets.
- Advanced English.
- University degree completed.
