About the role

  • Manage commercial projects requested by brands across all Globo platforms (free-to-air TV, pay TV, digital and services);
  • Identify business opportunities and develop offers based on briefings;
  • Customize Globo’s advertising products from the portfolio and develop on-demand content projects;
  • Establish winning strategies, coordinate internal approvals, identify resources, and manage timelines and deliverables;
  • Work in a squad alongside sales executives, using and modeling data through media research tools;
  • Develop consistent cadence and communications across the projects team, removing internal barriers and supporting business decisions;
  • Consistently communicate sales pipeline information to area management, ensuring focus on negotiations with the highest closing potential;
  • Organize production briefing meetings after project sales, translating the approved strategy into reality with the Production team;
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence in conflict management, team spirit, and an innovation mindset;
  • Use AI tools, apply inclusive language, and monitor market trends and strategic benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing and/or Business Administration;
  • Knowledge of formats and performance data on digital platforms;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Experience in projects and/or companies in marketing, media, and communications;
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment—both internally and with clients;
  • Experience with presentations and storytelling development;
  • Knowledge of data inputs for advertiser-targeted pitches using research tools (audience metrics, simulations, short target studies, etc.).
