About the role
- Evaluate and optimize content distribution strategies on social media, considering best practices and brand objectives;
- Act as a strategic partner to internal teams, influencing decisions based on data and market trends;
- Conduct advanced analyses of behavior, performance, and brand competitiveness on social media, producing strategic insights for content, marketing, and product teams;
- Perform in-depth studies of the competitive ecosystem, including formats, narratives, creators, and new platform features;
- Identify and assess opportunities to grow audience, engagement, and business outcomes based on consumption patterns, trends, and platform behavior;
- Produce strategic reports and executive presentations with clear, analysis-driven narratives to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields;
- Experience analyzing social media and digital behavior, with proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies;
- Ability to generate strategic insights from data to inform decision-making;
- Excellent presentation skills and data storytelling;
- Experience leading and managing projects, with autonomy to propose approaches, structure solutions, and influence stakeholders;
- Experience preparing executive reports and results presentations;
- Proficiency with social listening and analytics tools such as Emplifi, Sprout, Tubular Labs, Stilingue, or similar platforms.
