About the role

  • Evaluate and optimize content distribution strategies on social media, considering best practices and brand objectives;
  • Act as a strategic partner to internal teams, influencing decisions based on data and market trends;
  • Conduct advanced analyses of behavior, performance, and brand competitiveness on social media, producing strategic insights for content, marketing, and product teams;
  • Perform in-depth studies of the competitive ecosystem, including formats, narratives, creators, and new platform features;
  • Identify and assess opportunities to grow audience, engagement, and business outcomes based on consumption patterns, trends, and platform behavior;
  • Produce strategic reports and executive presentations with clear, analysis-driven narratives to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields;
  • Experience analyzing social media and digital behavior, with proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies;
  • Ability to generate strategic insights from data to inform decision-making;
  • Excellent presentation skills and data storytelling;
  • Experience leading and managing projects, with autonomy to propose approaches, structure solutions, and influence stakeholders;
  • Experience preparing executive reports and results presentations;
  • Proficiency with social listening and analytics tools such as Emplifi, Sprout, Tubular Labs, Stilingue, or similar platforms.
