About the role

  • Develop branded content projects on social media with creators;
  • Create reports and generate commercial insights from audience and engagement data;
  • Research, select and advocate for creators and talent for social media projects;
  • Map emerging creators and personalities in the digital market;
  • Conduct trend studies of the digital and influencer markets;
  • Support automation and analysis of audience and engagement data using third‑party platforms to develop projects;
  • Prepare talent media kits;
  • Serve as the point of contact with Globo’s Performance team, integrating ViU results with multiplatform projects;
  • Support the development of new products and commercial opportunities;
  • Maintain relationships with ViU stakeholders and partners, contributing to the capture of new opportunities and project development;
  • Produce management and performance reports for ongoing commercial projects;
  • Create strategic presentations for monitoring and presenting results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Social Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field;
  • Experience in influencer marketing, creators, or branded content projects;
  • Experience working at an agency, media outlet, production company, or digital platform;
  • Experience with commercial projects or digital campaigns;
  • Experience preparing reports and strategic presentations;
  • Analytical ability to turn data into strategic insights;
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with stakeholders and partners;
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Familiarity with major social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter);
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis;
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides for creating presentations;
  • Experience with social listening or creator analysis tools such as HypeAuditor, Inflr, Tagger, or similar tools.
