About the role
- Act as Product Owner for Globo's identity platform
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the team and the company
- Work closely with engineering teams to define, refine, and track deliveries
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, understanding business needs and translating them into clear requirements
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring continuous evolution of the platform
- Monitor product metrics and success indicators, using data to support prioritization and decision-making
- Ensure alignment between technical teams and business areas, facilitating the development of efficient and scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related areas
- Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum or Kanban
- Experience with product and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar)
- Ability to understand technical contexts and interact with engineering teams
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Analyst
- Experience managing backlogs and prioritizing work in agile teams
- Ability to translate business needs into user stories and clear requirements for engineering teams
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and technology teams
- Experience defining product roadmaps and tracking deliveries
- Ability to analyze product data and metrics to support prioritization decisions
- Strong communication skills and ability to align multiple stakeholders.
