About the role

  • Act as the interface between technology and its client areas, ensuring alignment of expectations, clarity of responsibilities, and smooth execution of processes.
  • Map, design, document and continuously improve business, service and technology support processes, ensuring standardization, traceability and adherence to defined guidelines.
  • Identify, understand and document the usage of applications and services supported by technology teams.
  • Prepare functional specification documents for the evolution of the ITSM tool.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Support Plans for major events and critical operations.
  • Co-create technology policies, standards and guidelines together with service leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Production Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with technology products and services.
  • Experience in projects implementing and evolving business, service and support processes, as well as related activities.
  • Knowledge of BPMN notation and proficiency with process modeling and design tools.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, both agile and traditional.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks such as COBIT.
  • Intermediate level of English.
