About the role

  • Participate in building models for new businesses or transforming existing businesses;
  • Ensure operational readiness of new businesses by designing end-to-end processes;
  • Develop Disaster Recovery plans together with specialist teams, focusing on business continuity;
  • Drive the introduction of innovations; scout market trends and bring in external benchmarks;
  • Conduct benchmarking using market cases to generate recommendations for the evolution of the architecture;
  • Perform architecture assessments (AS-IS process diagnostics and TO-BE scenario designs);
  • Assess gaps and maturity progression in business capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, or other fields with proven experience in process modeling, assessments, new business modeling, partnership structuring, and negotiation;
  • Knowledge of process analysis and optimization methodologies (BPM, Design Thinking, Lean, Customer Experience, Scenario Roadmapping, etc.);
  • Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Advanced English (for meetings and presentations);
  • Systemic perspective;
  • Strong communication skills for moderating sessions, presenting to diverse audiences, and orchestrating strategic topics.
