About the role

  • Work alongside Advertising, Content, Technology and Marketing teams to enable strategic initiatives from a Product perspective;
  • Develop and track product performance metrics, turning data into actionable insights;
  • Create management and strategic presentations that demonstrate results and promote the Product vision;
  • Identify performance and monetization opportunities in the product, impacting financial and audience outcomes;
  • Actively participate in internal communication and alignment within the Product team regarding the Product vision and prioritized initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in managing digital products, business strategy, growth, digital advertising or Business Intelligence;
  • Knowledge of audience, engagement and monetization metrics;
  • Experience building executive/management presentations;
  • Ease working with multiple stakeholders;
  • Experience on projects with multiple variables and simultaneous deadlines;
  • Knowledge of the digital media and publishing market;
  • Familiarity with digital monetization models (e.g., Display, Programmatic, Branded Content) and/or subscription models;
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, Looker, Power BI or similar tools;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, technology roadmaps, OKRs and user journey models.
