About the role
- Plan, execute and monitor online and offline marketing initiatives;
- Plan the products' editorial calendar;
- Develop content strategies to generate public conversations;
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversion) and prepare reports;
- Monitor trends and audience behavior;
- Define formats, themes and editorial lines for each platform;
- Collaborate with press, media and partner teams;
- Oversee and ensure execution of approved plans;
- Propose continuous improvements based on data and insights;
- Support campaign activities, launches and digital activations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism or related fields;
- Experience in planning and creating content for social media;
- Knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.);
- Familiarity with social media analytics and management tools;
- Strong analytical skills and organizational ability;
- Excellent written communication;
- Experience with strategic content planning;
- Knowledge of social listening and data analysis;
- Experience working with brands, agencies or in high-demand environments.
