About the role

  • Support the development and execution of strategic projects aimed at evolving Globo's commercial offering, with a focus on market intelligence, data, and relationships with agencies and advertisers.
  • Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of post-sale analyses and campaign performance studies;
  • Conduct comparative and benchmarking analyses of media outlets and platforms, producing actionable recommendations for the commercial team and clients;
  • Contribute to the development of narratives and strategic presentations for clients, agencies, and internal executives;
  • Synthesize information from different areas (intelligence, product, marketing, and sales) to structure consistent, market-facing deliverables that deliver value;
  • Participate in the planning and execution of special measurement, metrics, and commercial storytelling projects.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree;
  • Previous experience in media, whether in a consultancy, agency, media outlet, or business intelligence area;
  • Solid knowledge of communication, media and marketing metrics (CPM, GRP, brand lift, etc.);
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with analytical and synthesis abilities and the capacity to construct clear arguments.
