About the role
- Support the development and execution of strategic projects aimed at evolving Globo's commercial offering, with a focus on market intelligence, data, and relationships with agencies and advertisers.
- Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of post-sale analyses and campaign performance studies;
- Conduct comparative and benchmarking analyses of media outlets and platforms, producing actionable recommendations for the commercial team and clients;
- Contribute to the development of narratives and strategic presentations for clients, agencies, and internal executives;
- Synthesize information from different areas (intelligence, product, marketing, and sales) to structure consistent, market-facing deliverables that deliver value;
- Participate in the planning and execution of special measurement, metrics, and commercial storytelling projects.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree;
- Previous experience in media, whether in a consultancy, agency, media outlet, or business intelligence area;
- Solid knowledge of communication, media and marketing metrics (CPM, GRP, brand lift, etc.);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with analytical and synthesis abilities and the capacity to construct clear arguments.
