About the role

  • Develop commercial plans, executive reports and product pitch presentations for market positioning;
  • Identify opportunities and create new digital advertising proposals;
  • Serve as the interface with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and validation of processes, projects and products;
  • Participate in strategic alignment meetings and deliver product training to the sales executive team;
  • Monitor performance indicators for advertising projects and propose adjustments for optimization;
  • Analyze and track revenue results, defining action plans to meet targets;
  • Conduct trend and competitor analyses, generating insights to evolve the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem;
  • Strategic perspective on commercial productization for digital products;
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and revenue;
  • Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Previous experience in productization and strategy for digital advertising products.
