About the role
- Foster agile values, principles and practices, enabling and supporting roles at tactical and operational levels;
- Work alongside teams on a day-to-day basis, guiding agilists and program leaders in Lean-Agile practices and frameworks used within Globo, clarifying their roles and responsibilities;
- Apply scaled-agile techniques to help programs self-organize and reduce dependencies;
- Track requests, ensuring alignment among all parties on prioritization and fulfillment within agreed deadlines, and providing visibility across different layers (from teams to executive level);
- Introduce and evolve agile concepts and practices for the teams involved;
- Act as an interface between the agility function and the teams where assigned, ensuring alignment between the agility strategy and the agility roadmap;
- Interface with stakeholders for initiative prioritization and with value stream leadership to capture and translate strategic drivers;
- Implement agile methods in different scenarios;
- Act as a change agent, continuously driving cultural evolution;
- Facilitate Scrum and/or Kanban ceremonies (daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, planning, replenishment and refinement);
- Monitor teams with a focus on day-to-day process improvements and on communication with other teams in the group;
- Assess team motivation, resolve conflicts, provide feedback, and promote one-on-one meetings;
- Work on removing impediments;
- Gather and track performance metrics and business metrics;
- Ensure the best possible working environment for team members;
- Monitor risks and mapped technology needs (infrastructure, platform, etc.);
- Facilitate quarterly planning ceremonies with technology and business teams (quarter planning, OKR construction, strategy review, among others);
- Support coordination and smoother flow of large themes and/or initiatives that impact the entire program;
- Orchestrate and share the tactical-level Portfolio Management vision for the programs in which you operate;
- Encourage learning through internal activities such as workshops, meetings and trainings, making tangible, evaluating and advancing the Lean-Agile maturity of the program with continuous improvement actions.
Requirements
- Experience coaching and mentoring multidisciplinary teams in the application of agile methods and practices, including Kanban and Scrum, and in the use of facilitation techniques and team dynamics;
- Experience with OKRs;
- Experience in program and product portfolio management;
- Experience with Business Agility;
- Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks;
- Experience mediating conflicts;
- Ability to respond quickly to change;
- Facilitation skills to help work progress;
- Clear communicator able to engage with multiple executive levels.
