About the role
- Alignment and management of the technology strategic agenda: support the development and rollout of Technology strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with the company’s various areas and fostering a results-oriented culture;
- Turning data into insights: collect and interpret data related to OKRs, projects and strategic KPIs, applying critical analysis to ensure data organization, integrity and availability, and—importantly—translate findings into actionable recommendations for decision-making;
- Strategy rollout: translate and communicate the Technology strategy by preparing dashboards, presentations, reports, videos and live sessions for dissemination and alignment;
- CTO governance: organize and facilitate the CTO’s executive forums, ensuring adherence to governance rituals, the relevance of agendas, and promoting alignment among Technology leadership to clarify priorities and support faster strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
- Experience defining, tracking and analyzing KPIs and OKRs;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- Strong analytical ability;
- Ability to build cooperative, articulate and constructive relationships;
- Knowledge of the media and entertainment market;
- Experience in strategic planning;
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
