About the role

  • Operate, support, and enhance observability and monitoring for Platform, Product, Data, and Monetization solutions;
  • Support DevOps and Development teams in the handover processes for new features and services to production;
  • Implement and maintain alarms, operational dashboards, and integrations with centralized alert management solutions;
  • Produce operational status reports, incident progress updates, and post-incident reports;
  • Propose automation solutions aimed at business continuity, stability, and scalability of the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
  • Knowledge of monitoring concepts and cloud computing;
  • Basic understanding of distributed systems;
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Internet concepts;
  • Good communication skills for interacting with multidisciplinary technical teams;
  • Ability to negotiate and mediate conflicts;
  • Resilience to perform under pressure and in urgent scenarios;
  • Investigative mindset with a holistic view of environments;
  • Proactivity and a strong sense of operational responsibility;
  • Experience administering Windows and Linux;
  • Experience with tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and Slack;
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, GCP, microservices, PaaS, and ServiceNow;
  • Experience with DNS, CDNs, and HTTP;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL;
  • Familiarity with DevOps and SRE practices;
  • Experience with containerized environments;
  • Hands-on experience with automation;
  • Knowledge of MySQL and Oracle databases;
  • Knowledge of Shell scripting and JavaScript;
  • Experience with the Control-M tool;
  • Knowledge of SQL (DQL, DML, and DDL);
  • Knowledge of a programming language.
