About the role
- Globo is made up of people who want to do things differently, collaborate, and build the future.
- People spread across the country (and the world!) working with content, news, business, technology and plenty of Brazilian spirit. Channels on free-to-air TV and pay TV, digital products such as Globoplay, Cartola, g1, ge, gshow and other services are brought together in the same place, at Globo.
- New digital business models are being conceived and developed to bring us closer to users and their preferences. Opportunities for new business also bring the chance and the challenge to build new data-driven teams that put the consumer at the center of our decisions.
- We create environments where everyone is included, welcomed and valued. We strive to make Globo increasingly diverse in representation and thought, learning from one another and fostering creativity and innovation.

It represents the joint operation of Globo and its Affiliates, integrating local and national knowledge, respecting each group's autonomy and maximizing business value.
