About the role

  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of Globo's digital strategy, aligned with business objectives and market trends;
  • Conduct market, competitor and digital trend analyses to identify opportunities and threats relevant to Globo's digital advertising products;
  • Monitor the performance of digital initiatives using analytics tools and relevant metrics to evaluate impact and identify areas for improvement;
  • Prepare reports and executive presentations that clearly communicate findings and insights from digital strategy work;
  • Foster digital innovation by proposing new ideas and solutions to enhance our advertising offerings;
  • Stay up to date on best practices, success stories and trends in advertising and digital strategy, and share knowledge with team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Social Communication, Design, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of the challenges within the digital ecosystem;
  • Interest in the advertising business environment;
  • Trend analysis and monitoring skills;
  • Storytelling and narrative skills;
  • Teamwork;
  • Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
