About the role
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of Globo's digital strategy, aligned with business objectives and market trends;
- Conduct market, competitor and digital trend analyses to identify opportunities and threats relevant to Globo's digital advertising products;
- Monitor the performance of digital initiatives using analytics tools and relevant metrics to evaluate impact and identify areas for improvement;
- Prepare reports and executive presentations that clearly communicate findings and insights from digital strategy work;
- Foster digital innovation by proposing new ideas and solutions to enhance our advertising offerings;
- Stay up to date on best practices, success stories and trends in advertising and digital strategy, and share knowledge with team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Social Communication, Design, or related fields;
- Knowledge of the challenges within the digital ecosystem;
- Interest in the advertising business environment;
- Trend analysis and monitoring skills;
- Storytelling and narrative skills;
- Teamwork;
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
