About the role

  • Develop and maintain analytical and executive dashboards to support strategic decision-making
  • Analyze large volumes of data, identifying patterns, trends and opportunities for action
  • Develop Data Science models, with an emphasis on recommendation systems
  • Develop, test and evolve analytical and recommendation models
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques such as clustering, segmentation and predictive modeling
  • Lead the advancement of analytical maturity and the use of AI in People Analytics
  • Support the Artificial Intelligence agenda in HR, from data exploration to model implementation
  • Act in a consultative manner with HR and business areas, translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations
  • Ensure quality, consistency and governance of the data used in analyses
  • Work collaboratively with HR, technology and business teams

Requirements

  • Higher education degree
  • Solid experience in data analysis
  • Knowledge of applied statistics
  • Excel at intermediate to advanced level
  • Power BI at intermediate to advanced level
  • Previous experience working as a Data Analyst
  • Degree in Consumer Sciences
  • Experience with Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Practical experience with recommendation models and/or clustering algorithms
  • Experience with People Analytics or HR data
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence applied to business
  • Ability to translate technical analyses into clear, actionable insights
