About the role

  • Authorize clients and approve sales orders by assessing registration, financial, and compliance criteria to enable commercial operations within established credit and collection policies.
  • Identify prepayments, ensuring proper routing of the process, mitigating financial risks and ensuring execution within the timeframe agreed with the partner area.
  • Verify active credentials, ensuring agencies and advertisers are properly authorized to operate, preventing registration inconsistencies and impacts on the sales process.
  • Assist agencies and advertisers with self-registration and invoice retrieval via the Billing Portal, guiding them on correct procedures and resolving any access or platform usage issues, contributing to greater partner autonomy and ensuring payment instruments are made available to clients.
  • Create and monitor action plans aimed at continuously improving relationships with internal partners and the advertising market, identifying process improvement opportunities, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to a more efficient and positive experience for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in the advertising market, with an understanding of the dynamics between advertisers, agencies, and media outlets.
  • Experience in monitoring and managing operational SLAs, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with financial and operational indicators (delinquency, aging, credit portfolio, billing volumes, etc.).
