About the role
- Manage the group of editors at the Brasília regional office who work on journalism, sports and variety programs, applying a refined artistic and technical perspective;
- Support the career development of team members;
- Encourage collaboration within the team and between the team and content partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Journalism, Film, Advertising or Design, or proven experience in the role;
- Intermediate English;
- Leadership experience with audiovisual teams;
- Strong command of cinematic, documentary, journalistic and advertising narrative techniques;
- Technical knowledge of editing platforms;
- Knowledge of post-production systems and servers;
- Experience in mid- to large-scale audiovisual teams;
- Experience with generative AI tools;
- Advanced knowledge of the industry and technological trends.
