About the role
- **How your day-to-day will look:**
- Plan the production scheduling for content recorded in-house, including creating timelines and monitoring adherence to deadlines;
- Plan space allocation for content recorded in-house;
- Measure adherence to planned schedules, conduct alignment meetings, and clarify requirements with internal clients;
- Map and ensure the updating of existing workflows and processes;
- Apply continuous improvement tools and develop action plans;
- Deliver presentations and training sessions to internal clients;
- Important to use Power BI and advanced Excel; knowledge of Power Apps is a plus.
Requirements
- **What you need:**
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Experience in project management, timeline creation, targets, and deadline management;
- Data analysis skills;
- Indicator and KPI management;
- Operational planning experience;
- Experience with internal communication tools.
