About the role

  • **How your day-to-day will look:**
  • Plan the production scheduling for content recorded in-house, including creating timelines and monitoring adherence to deadlines;
  • Plan space allocation for content recorded in-house;
  • Measure adherence to planned schedules, conduct alignment meetings, and clarify requirements with internal clients;
  • Map and ensure the updating of existing workflows and processes;
  • Apply continuous improvement tools and develop action plans;
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions to internal clients;
  • Important to use Power BI and advanced Excel; knowledge of Power Apps is a plus.

Requirements

  • **What you need:**
  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Experience in project management, timeline creation, targets, and deadline management;
  • Data analysis skills;
  • Indicator and KPI management;
  • Operational planning experience;
  • Experience with internal communication tools.
