About the role

  • Foster agile values, principles and practices, enabling and supporting the roles involved at tactical and operational levels;
  • Be present in teams' day-to-day work, guiding agilists and program leaders on Lean-Agile practices and frameworks used within Globo and in their respective roles and responsibilities;
  • Apply scaled-agile techniques, helping programs self-organize and reduce dependencies;
  • Track requests, ensuring alignment among all parties on prioritization and delivery within agreed timelines, always providing visibility of progress across all layers (from teams to executive level);
  • Introduce and evolve agile concepts and practices with involved teams;
  • Serve as an interface between the agility function and the teams where embedded, ensuring alignment between the agility strategy and the agility roadmap;
  • Interface with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and with value-chain leadership to capture and break down strategic drivers;
  • Implement agile methods in different scenarios;
  • Act as a change agent, continuously driving cultural evolution;
  • Facilitate Scrum and/or Kanban ceremonies (daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, planning, replenishment and refinements);
  • Support teams with a focus on day-to-day process improvement, and coordinate communication with other teams across the group;
  • Monitor team motivation, mediate conflicts, provide feedback, and run one-on-one meetings;
  • Work to remove impediments;
  • Collect and monitor performance and business metrics;
  • Ensure the best possible environment for team members;
  • Ensure monitoring of identified risks and technology needs (infrastructure, platform, etc.);
  • Facilitate quarterly planning ceremonies with technology and business teams (quarter planning, OKR creation, strategy reviews, among others);
  • Directly support coordination and smoother flow of major themes and/or initiatives that impact the entire program;
  • Orchestrate and share the tactical-level portfolio management vision for the programs you support;
  • Promote internal learning dynamics such as workshops, meetings and training; make outcomes tangible, assess and evolve the program's Lean-Agile maturity through continuous improvement actions.

Requirements

  • Experience coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams in the application of agile methods and practices, including Kanban and Scrum, and in applying facilitation techniques and interactive dynamics;
  • Experience with OKRs;
  • Experience in program and product portfolio management;
  • Experience with Business Agility;
  • Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks;
  • Experience in conflict mediation;
  • Ability to respond quickly to change;
  • Skilled at facilitating work progress;
  • Clear communicator, able to engage across multiple executive levels;
  • Desirable knowledge: Management 3.0; Business Agility; Metrics; Flight Levels; Kanban Maturity Model; Lean Portfolio Management; AI applied to agility.
