About the role
- Perform financial analyses and prepare management reports (Income Statement/P&L, cash flow, projections);
- Support budget planning and periodic reviews (forecasting);
- Monitor expenses, revenues and investments, ensuring adherence to the budget;
- Participate in the monthly accounting and financial close processes;
- Interact with internal departments (Accounting, Tax, Legal, Procurement) and external parties (auditors, banks);
- Prepare presentations for partners/stakeholders (HUB, London) summarizing financial results and movements;
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements;
- Automate processes and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting Sciences, or Production Engineering.
- Previous experience in finance, controllership, or planning.
