About the role
- Develop, maintain, and enhance the revenue forecast model (monthly, quarterly, annual) based on pipeline data, sales history, seasonality, and closing probability;
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and the funnel;
- Build dashboards and regular reports for sales leadership;
- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and quality of sales, pipeline, and CRM data;
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align forecasting assumptions;
- Support customer portfolio planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Solid experience in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and management of commercial indicators;
- Advanced knowledge of sales funnel metrics (conversion rate, aging, average cycle);
- Ability to build dashboards and management reports (Power BI, Tableau, Looker);
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar) and managing data quality;
- Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams;
- Advanced Excel and basic understanding of process automation;
- Intermediate English for reading and participating in meetings.
