About the role

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the revenue forecast model (monthly, quarterly, annual) based on pipeline data, sales history, seasonality, and closing probability;
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and the funnel;
  • Build dashboards and regular reports for sales leadership;
  • Ensure the integrity, consistency, and quality of sales, pipeline, and CRM data;
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align forecasting assumptions;
  • Support customer portfolio planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Solid experience in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and management of commercial indicators;
  • Advanced knowledge of sales funnel metrics (conversion rate, aging, average cycle);
  • Ability to build dashboards and management reports (Power BI, Tableau, Looker);
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar) and managing data quality;
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams;
  • Advanced Excel and basic understanding of process automation;
  • Intermediate English for reading and participating in meetings.
