About the role
- Manage and lead the team responsible for the operational execution of all of the company's digital advertising campaigns.
- Develop, review, and optimize operational processes, aligning strategic objectives with operational needs.
- Communicate clearly and assertively with internal teams (Sales, Product, Technology) and external stakeholders (agencies, advertisers, and partners).
- Ensure processes comply with internal standards and market requirements, driving continuous improvements.
- Monitor performance KPIs and ensure quality and efficiency in campaign delivery.
Requirements
- At least 4 years' experience in the digital advertising market.
- Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, with experience at a publisher, agency, or advertiser/client.
- Experience leading teams and managing large-scale operational processes.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and management tools.
- Strong communication skills; analytical, structured, and results-oriented.
- Preferred experience in digital commercial operations (Digital OPEC) at large or mid-sized media organizations.
