Data Center Site Operations Team Lead

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and service data center infrastructure to ensure 24x7 operations
- Document and update all requests on the internal web portal ticketing system
- Deliver ITIL compliance process conformance for incident, problem and change management
- Coordinate and provide support to contractors and vendors
- Generate accurate and regular reports as required
- Any other duties or projects as assigned by the management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Manages and services large-scale 'in-country' data center infrastructure
- Ensures 24x7 operations in rotating shifts
- Proactive coordination and escalation related to site operational issues
- Acts as Level 2 escalation point
- Understands the M&E, security, network and plumbing systems of the building
- Implements best-in-class DC operations based on ITIL and industry practices
- Plans and supports all preventive and reactive maintenance activities
- Participates and supports internal and external audits
