About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Use multiple systems to determine reinstatement eligibility, process transactions, and process Agent Bonuses
  • Complete and track reinstatement processes
  • Follow up to ensure transactions are processed successfully
  • Provide management with weekly status report updates
  • Routinely perform ad hoc tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Life insurance industry experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal communication and professional interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel; Access is a plus
  • Heavy mainframe experience
  • Thorough follow-up with strict adherence to policies and procedures
  • Reliable and predictable attendance of the assigned shift
  • Ability to work full time based on the position specifications
