About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the travel and expense process in SAP Concur across a multi-site organization
- Manage and monitor Concur user profiles, including additions, changes, deactivations, and terminations
- Troubleshoot technical user errors and answer setup and payment inquiries
- Process travel and expenses while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Serve as the point person for end users and follow up on requests and issues
- Manage incoming payment inquiries
- Maintain corporate policy across the company user base
- Address user questions about the T&E process and tool functionality
- Provide customer service across the organization
- Identify process improvements for the T&E program
- Proactively reach out to key users and groups for training and communication
- Partner with Human Resources to enforce standard operating procedures for Concur administration
- Streamline processes and manage business communications for effective control
- Implement procedures for Concur travel expense and purchasing credit card management and administration
- Establish standard operating procedures for Concur administration in collaboration with Concur and third-party management personnel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years of functional and technical expertise managing end-to-end enterprise travel and expense programs using SAP Concur
- Technical knowledge of system configuration, integrations, and data transfers across financial systems
- Experience with Concur Expense Management tools and/or other financial systems
- Strong knowledge of business rules and ability to modify them to achieve desired outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Reliable and predictable attendance of the assigned shift
- Ability to work full time and/or part time based on position specifications
