About the role

  • Conduct end-to-end (full-cycle) recruitment processes (job opening, profile alignment, screening, interviews, feedback and offers);
  • Perform high-volume recruitment, focusing on customer service, retail and operations roles;
  • Support hiring managers in defining candidate profiles, attraction strategy and job posting channels;
  • Use recruitment and selection platforms (Gupy and/or Pandapé) to organize, manage and optimize selection processes;
  • Develop and conduct competency-based interviews, group exercises and technical and behavioral assessments;
  • Work with a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) throughout attraction and selection processes;
  • Lead and/or support the onboarding process for new employees;
  • Monitor and analyze Recruitment & Selection metrics (time-to-fill, SLA, quality of hire, etc.);
  • Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners, when necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience with high-volume recruitment, especially for customer service, retail or operations areas
  • Experience with ATS platforms, such as Gupy or Pandapé;
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
