About the role
- Conduct end-to-end (full-cycle) recruitment processes (job opening, profile alignment, screening, interviews, feedback and offers);
- Perform high-volume recruitment, focusing on customer service, retail and operations roles;
- Support hiring managers in defining candidate profiles, attraction strategy and job posting channels;
- Use recruitment and selection platforms (Gupy and/or Pandapé) to organize, manage and optimize selection processes;
- Develop and conduct competency-based interviews, group exercises and technical and behavioral assessments;
- Work with a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) throughout attraction and selection processes;
- Lead and/or support the onboarding process for new employees;
- Monitor and analyze Recruitment & Selection metrics (time-to-fill, SLA, quality of hire, etc.);
- Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners, when necessary.
Requirements
- Experience with high-volume recruitment, especially for customer service, retail or operations areas
- Experience with ATS platforms, such as Gupy or Pandapé;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
