About the role
- Act as the HR focal point for managers and employees.
- Support leaders in decisions regarding internal movements, succession, development, and performance.
- Lead people-management rituals, such as feedback sessions, Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and performance evaluations.
- Map training and development needs across departments.
- Support the execution of training, upskilling and onboarding initiatives.
- Monitor development programs and employee growth.
- Support compensation processes, salary adjustments and recognition programs.
- Monitor organizational climate and employee engagement.
- Propose initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.
- Track HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism and engagement.
- Analyze data and help generate insights for leadership.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or across different HR subsystems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach.
- Analytical mindset, sense of ownership and results-oriented.
- Ability to influence and support managers in people-related decisions.
