About the role

  • Conduct active (outbound) prospecting of new clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, networking and other strategic channels.
  • Identify, qualify and develop leads and business opportunities, ensuring alignment with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Manage and expand the client portfolio under your responsibility, pursuing revenue growth, upsell and cross-sell.
  • Lead sales meetings (in-person or remote) to gather requirements, present solutions and negotiate.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals aligned with the client’s needs and company guidelines.
  • Work consultatively, understanding the client’s business and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, timelines and pricing, ensuring contract profitability and sustainability.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and record all interactions in the CRM, keeping information up to date.
  • Track commercial KPIs (sales funnel, conversion rate, average ticket, sales cycle).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, operations, post-sales) to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in events, trade shows and relationship-building activities to expand networking and generate opportunities.
  • Meet prospecting, sales and revenue targets established by the company.
  • Meet prospecting, pipeline and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or completed a university degree
  • Consultative, ethical and results-oriented profile
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercial organization, discipline and strategic vision
  • Resilience and autonomy in target-driven environments
  • Ability to operate in complex corporate contexts
