About the role
- Design eye-catching social media graphics in Figma (posts, stories, carousels, matchday visuals, etc.)
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) to enhance audience engagement
- Translate brand identity into platform-optimized assets across formats
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align creative direction for campaigns
- Work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality visuals under fast turnarounds
- Stay current on design and social trends relevant to soccer, sports media, and fan engagement
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and video content
- Proficiency in Figma and at least one video editing tool (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro)
- Understanding of what drives engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Interest in sports and digital culture; familiarity with MLS or fantasy sports is a strong plus
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a bonus
- Based in North America or available to work aligned to US business hours
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of creative initiative
- Fully remote, collaborative international team
- Flexibility in workload (~20 hours per week)
