Architect the processes, workflows, and systems that take the company from craft to industrial scale
Combine financial literacy with leadership and technology engagement to lead operations along cost, speed, and scale metrics
Manage multiple teams across design, warehouse, assembly, and service coordination
Drive company transformation to AI-agentic workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of operational leadership in digital-native companies, with exposure to best practices
Holistic architect of complex systems and workflows, with a scalability mindset
Detail-oriented — able to dive into the underlying systems and workflows, not just oversee them
People management and motivational skills, with multiple teams in your reporting line
Strong financial fluency — comfortable with budget logic and reading a profit-contribution P&L
High ambition, drive, and proven ability to deliver results
Sharp analytical skills with the ability to articulate findings and lead with logic
Ability (or eagerness to learn) to build and implement an AI-native tech landscape — building agents, vibecoding, and similar
Tight prioritisation — works on few things and closes them out properly
Fluent English (C1+); German or Polish a plus
