About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product
- Lead development of AI agents and workflows that automate key parts of the funnel
- Orchestrate tools like Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified system
- Turn product and user data into actionable growth signals
- Build intelligent workflows — lead scoring, routing, outbound triggers, onboarding flows
- Define how AI is used across the entire customer lifecycle
- Partner closely with founders on growth strategy, experiments, and priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience building systems that directly impacted growth or revenue
- Strong systems thinker with an end-to-end mindset
- Experience building workflows using APIs, automation tools, or light code
- Comfortable with AI tools, agents, or LLM-powered workflows
- High ownership, bias for action, and ability to move from idea to measurable impact fast
