About the role
- Own and manage manufacturing and production timelines across all products and iterations
- Track product progress from development through production using clear, accurate trackers
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on status, risks, dependencies, and changes
- Gather, reconcile, and organize notes and inputs from internal team members
- Translate internal requirements into clear, written communication for manufacturers
- Follow up consistently with manufacturers to confirm progress, changes, and deadlines
- Proactively identify risks, delays, missing inputs, and blockers
- Escalate issues when timelines are at risk or required information is missing
- Build and maintain clean, reliable systems for production tracking and documentation
- Ensure decisions, updates, and changes are clearly recorded and accessible
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, or production coordination
- Exceptionally organized with strong personal systems for tracking work
- Comfortable owning complex, multi-product workflows end-to-end
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Confident following up persistently with internal teams and external partners
- Experienced with spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion)
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and highly accountable
- Able to learn manufacturing workflows and timelines quickly (training provided)
- Comfortable working full-time aligned to U.S. / EST business hours
