About the role

  • The Gateway Quality Analyst Specialist plays a critical role in driving operational excellence by monitoring team performance and enforcing compliance standards.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommend actionable process improvements.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations in JIRA and Power BI.
  • Ensure operational activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and administer the organization's learning management system (Moodle).
  • Author and maintain Method of Procedure (MOP) templates for infrastructure improvements and maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in a quality analyst, operations compliance coordinator, or similar role
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative and adaptable — comfortable working with a wide range of teams and personalities,
