About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development of a set of Power BI-based reports providing fact-based transparency into ALDI DX's Release and Test Management team operations
Engage with release managers, test coordinators, directors, and senior management
Provide detailed hourly operational data, aggregated managerial status, and tactical release-on-release comparisons
Develop metrics and KPIs to support continuous improvement and validate the impact of measures
Participate in design and technical discussions
Coach team members in data engineering and Power BI development
Liaise with report stakeholders and technical teams responsible for the reporting platform and data sources

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical experience with M365 tools (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Advanced knowledge of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep Builder
Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
Experience with datalake technologies: EDLAP, DataBricks, Satelite
Comfortable writing, interpreting, and reading MSSQL queries
Ability to create and maintain basic table structures
Basic understanding of data types and their appropriate use
Background in data analytics and data engineering
Experience with agile delivery methodology
Good command of written and spoken English
Experience with OpenText ALM, Tricentis qTest, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, and ServiceNow
Initial experience in project, release, and/or test management and ITIL processes
