About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support administration of the testing tool landscape, including user and role management, project setup, and basic configuration
- Handle tool access requests and ensure compliance with security and data protection standards
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to test managers, defect managers, the Test Factory, and business testers for tool-related issues
- Maintain tool documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Assist with tool integration monitoring across test management, ITSM, reporting, and other enterprise platforms
- Maintain project structures, folder configurations, and templates within the tools
- Support licence management and access compliance tracking
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on environment provisioning and basic maintenance tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical affinity and interest in configuring and troubleshooting enterprise software applications
- First experience with application lifecycle management tools such as ALM, Jira, Xray, or comparable tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of integration concepts, including APIs and data flows between systems
- Proactive, hands-on problem-solving approach with a service-oriented mindset
- Good command of written and spoken English
- First experience with Jira/Confluence administration is nice-to-have
- Basic scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or REST API usage are nice-to-have
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow is nice-to-have
- Initial exposure to CI/CD concepts or test automation frameworks is nice-to-have
- ITIL v4 Foundation knowledge covering Service Request Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management is nice-to-have
- Agile fundamentals, including Scrum/Kanban, are nice-to-have
- English resume required for online application
