About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide IT support to European offices, warehouses, and logistics centres via email and incoming/outgoing calls
- Focus support on warehouse and logistics issues, predominantly in Supply Chain
- Analyse and work toward resolving emerging IT errors in the Supply Chain field
- Record, track, and follow up on incidents and requests
- Collaborate with training, quality, and expert groups
- Install programs, perform data backups, and support technicians with remote access
- Test new hardware and software
Requirements
What you’ll need- Confident intermediate or higher German and English written and oral language skills
- Experience with SAP systems and relevant backend platforms is an advantage, but not required
- Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends, and on bank holidays
- Eager to learn and adapt to changes and new IT solutions
- Customer focus with strong communication skills
- Maintain a high standard towards own work
- Team player
- High school diploma or higher education
