About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-quality application and on-site IT support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Analyze and resolve complex and critical technical issues with a structured approach
- Manage IT assets and support facility-related IT needs
- Coordinate the setup and maintenance of the local office IT environment
- Handle goods receipt and ensure accurate inventory tracking
- Collaborate closely with international teams across different locations
- Contribute to and continuously improve the internal Knowledge Base
- Participate in both local and global IT projects
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
- Manage workarounds and contribute to problem management processes
- Deliver reliable, user-focused on-site support to colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- IT Support experience (On-site)
- Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in an IT field is an advantage
- Fluency in English (German is advantageous)
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN)
- Familiarity with software and IT hardware technologies
- Basic experience or knowledge related to Windows/Linux Server
- ITIL certifications are an advantage
- Analytical thinking
- Reliability, flexibility, team spirit
